Betty joined CPR in 2024 as a Research Associate, bringing with her a broad spectrum of experience in research, monitoring, and evaluation across public health, child protection, gender-based violence, nutrition, and maternal and child health. At CPR, Betty works on research, evaluation, and technical assistance projects related to child support, child welfare, domestic and sexual violence, and father engagement.
Prior to joining CPR, Betty served as a public health emergency financing researcher with Oxford Policy Management under the Building Resilience in Ethiopia (BRE) program and has additional experience in gender-based violence prevention, protection, and research across nonprofit, academic, and international development settings.
