
Colorado Rural Collaborative 2021-2022 Annual Report
click to downloadThe Colorado Rural Collaborative for Runaway and Homeless Youth (RC) was established in 2008 to collectively address the unique needs of rural runaway and homeless youth and the challenges geography poses for them to receive support and services. The RC is made up of seven partner agencies supported by blending and braiding resources to serve hundreds of youths experiencing homelessness and housing instability in rural Colorado.
This report covers the outcomes for, and services provided to, the 137 RC youth who were tracked and enrolled using the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) and the Colorado Rural Collaborative’s Management Information System (CRCMIS) from July 2021 through December 2022.
