Dr. Pearson has 30 years of experience conducting demonstration and evaluation projects dealing with a wide range of social issues including divorce mediation, responsible fatherhood, access and visitation, educational reform, child support enforcement, and self sufficiency. Dr. Pearson has authored many reports and publications on these topics and is a regular presenter at local, state and national conferences for practitioners and policy makers.
Nancy Thoennes, Ph.D., Associate Director

Dr. Thoennes has more than 30 years experience in the design of surveys and data collection forms and conducts large-scale statistical analyses using SPSS. She is a leading expert on child protection and the courts, as well as in the field of child support.
Jane Venohr, Ph.D., Research Associate

Dr. Venohr has over 20 years of experience assessing and researching Medicaid, child care, child support, and other health and human services and workforce programs. She is the nation’s leading expert on child support guidelines and has worked with over 25 states to develop and update guidelines and present them to legislatures.
Lanae Davis, M.A., Research Associate

Ms. Davis has over 10 years of experience as a data specialist in the evaluation of a wide variety of social welfare and child support programs. She organizes large-scale data collection efforts including telephone interviews and manual and automated data extractions from agency systems. She conducts data analyses using SPSS and other statistical software packages.
Rasa Kaunelis, M.P.A., Research Associate

Ms. Kaunelis monitors the collection of quantitative and qualitative data and performs data analyses for a wide range of evaluations dealing with public policy problems and programs. She has also conducted focus groups and interviews with various experts and stakeholders around the country. Ms. Kaunelis authors publications and reports based on the findings of these evaluations.
Miko Khan, B.A., Research Assistant

Ms. Khan conducts literature searches and reviews, performs data analyses using SPSS, and assists with the generation of reports and other project products. She joined CPR Denver in 2011.
Kelli Kreycik, Office Manager

Ms. Kreycik handles all administrative and budgetary tasks. She also coordinates arrangements with contractual personnel and performs data entry duties.
